Shipping Policy:
At Captve Jewellery, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over £20 within the United Kingdom. Standard shipping typically takes 4-9 business days to arrive at its destination depending on where you live. At the moment we do not offer next-day or a fast delivery option, sorry for the inconvience.
We ship to all of the United Kingdom, as well as internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary.
Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged. Custom orders and engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or the contact form. They will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return shipping label.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. wrong item shipped).
