Transactions

We accept most credit cards. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and all prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Shipping

Products are made to order and will be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow up to two weeks for production prior to shipping.

Returns

We only accept returns if items are damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong order. If one of these is to occur, please contact us and we will replace your order.

Each piece of jewellery is hand carved and therefore may vary slightly from the images in our shop.

Repairs

Upon request, we will gladly repair any Captve jewellery piece that may have fallen into harm's way. Please send us an email detailing the damage and we will respond as soon as we can. Fees and shipping to be negotiated.

Commissions

If you like our style but can’t find what you’re looking for, email us with questions or ideas, and we’ll see what we can do.

Care

Both silver and bronze may develop a tarnish over time. To prevent this from happening we have provided you with a polishing cloth to clean your pieces. Using only the cloth, rub your piece until it’s bright again. The easiest way to keep your piece looking fresh is to avoid moisture as much as possible.
